D. Michael Davis, DVM, MS is an accomplished equine surgeon and has been practicing veterinary medicine in New Hampshire since 1992. He graduated from Colorado State University (DVM) and then completed simultaneous surgical residency program in Equine Surgery and Masters Degree in Veterinary Anatomy at Louisiana State University. After teaching and serving as staff surgeon at the University of Montreal he joined and then became partner at the Rochester Equine Clinic. Dr. Davis' continued goal to provide the practice a facility where quality of service and growth both continue to rise led to the development of this entirely new medical and surgical center.
Jacqueline Bartol, DVM, DACVIM joined Dr. Davis as partner and co-owner of New England Equine Medical & Surgical Center, PLLC. Dr. Bartol completed both her graduate (DVM) and residency training at Cornell University and is a board-certified internal medicine clinician (Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine). She joined Rochester Equine Clinic in 2000 and had been an outstanding contributor to that expanding practice, then joining Dr. Davis in the development of NEEMSC in 2005.
In 2016 Dr. Bartol decided to leave veterinary medicine and explore other career options. She will always be a member of the NEEMSC team, having dedicated so much time and effort to the practice over the course of 10 years. Her expertise, energy and tireless worth ethic will be missed, but we support her as she embarks on new adventures.
